Antania “Nia” Priester is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist in Pennsylvania, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS) with the National Anger Management Association. As the Quality Manager for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Community Care Behavioral Health Organization, Nia brings over 24 years of expertise in the mental health field. Her experience spans across residential treatment, community services, child welfare, juvenile justice, outpatient therapy, and behavioral health managed care.

Nia holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. With her clinical background in mental health, Nia brings a deep understanding of emotional wellness, behaviors patterns, and the root causes of challenges people face in everyday life. This foundation allows Nia to offer not just motivation- but real insight, tools and strategies that promote lasting change. Nia is also a published author and dynamic coach. She is dedicated to facilitating personal growth and emotional well-being. Her work includes her first book, Defenses Getting Out of Emotional Prison, and a co-authorship in Diary of A Ready Woman 2.

As the founder of NIA Wellness Group, Nia offers transformative coaching that helps individuals heal from past trauma, build healthy relationships, and foster positive self-esteem. Her coaching style extends beyond individual sessions, with workshops, speaking engagements, and collaborations with churches, fitness companies, and universities across the country.
